A Space for Us: Community Healing Circle on Immigration

Opening: Our community has been carrying a heavy burden lately. In the restorative tradition, we believe that when a part of our circle is hurting, we all feel it. We invite you to a quiet space to stop, breathe, and simply “feel it” together.

The Purpose: This is a non-judgmental space rooted in Restorative Practices. We will use a talking piece to ensure every voice is heard—or every silence is respected.

  • Share: How are you feeling after recent events?
  • Connect: Reaffirm our shared values of safety and dignity.
  • Heal: Move from individual fear toward collective strength.

Agreements: We commit to listening with curiosity and seeing each other as whole and worthy.

Restorative circle is a community-based process where all people involved in a situation or conflict come together to be heard and reach a resolution of the issue.
